Hotello - Sofia

Stayed here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. We had an incredible single room with a cupboard. The staff was amicable and very careful all the time. The location was absolutely perfect - just off restaurants, and bus station. Also, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino was 1 km away, perfectly reachable.

Marvellous and particularly good location for our needs, close to Bulgaria at midnight, and Close to train. Also, near to the centre of the city.

This venue deserves 5 stars due to its marvelous and convenient location near the central station, and close to the city center.

enjoyed our large rooms, plus the staff was amicable. the venue was in a central location right by the central station, and the centre of the city. furthermore, near a metro stop. nothing to complain about, it was dope!

Convenient location near popular attractions, making it a great spot to stay when exploring this city. I always choose to stay here when visiting. 🌟

The location near the city center is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Oh, I just loved having no heating, freezing cold rooms, and a broken sink. Such a charming experience!

Comfortable triple room with climate control and a sitting area which was a plus for me. Also, there was a bathtub 🛁, and I really liked that.

The hotel was so incredible, I had to double check if I was actually at the Louvre! The room was clean and the staff was nonexistent, which made for a truly unique experience.

Who needs a staff when you have cockroaches and spiders as roommates? Definitely added an extra level of excitement to my stay.

The room was absolutely disgusting and unsanitized! the floors were dirty and the sheets were unclean. There were no towels and spiders infested the bathroom.

Knowing that I would arrive late at night, I took precautions and confirmed my check-in details in advance. However, the hotel failed to provide the necessary codes and instructions.

i had an amazing overnight stay in sofia, and i was pleasantly surprised by how perfect my room at the hotel was - spotless, well-functioning, and comfortable. the location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and many attractions. the staff were super kind and helpful, and the wifi was fast.

Bathroom had no heating.

I recently stayed at Hotello in Sofia for a short trip. The reception staff were friendly and kind, and I was able to check in early. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi and is conveniently located near a metro station. The room was clean and the hotel paid attention to small details, creating a unique and stylish atmosphere. it was a great value for the price.
